WHO WE ARE

The Apartment Association of Kansas City was established in 1974 to serve the apartment industry along with the National Apartment Association and the Kansas and Missouri associations. Together we provide legislative insight on a local, state and national level.

We serve 596 members with over 52,302 units, which consist of apartment property owners, developers, managers and member communities. Also included are 209 Supplier Partners who provide products and services to our industry.

Together, our members contribute hundreds of millions of dollars to the states economy through taxes, fees, construction and purchases from advertising to utilities.

Seminars and Classes coming in February 2012

NALP – February/March – orientation is February 8th, 9:00 a.m.

CAM/CAS – Feb/March/April - orientation is February 10th at 9:00 a.m.

CAPS – Feb/March/April/May/June

 February 24th will be our first class, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. AAKC office

CAMT Interior/Exterior Class will be on February 22nd and 29th.   4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the AAKC office.
